This policy explains how to cancel an AnalyticalMind subscription and how our 14-day money-back guarantee works. It forms part of our Terms of Use.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- If you are not happy, you can get a full refund of the first payment for a subscription within 14 days of that payment. You do not need to give a reason.
- The guarantee covers the first payment of each subscription only. Renewal payments are not covered.
- Free Access. Free Access costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies from your first payment.
- To request a refund, go to Settings > Subscription and choose Request refund on the course. If you cannot use Settings, email support@analyticalmind.ai from the address linked to your account.
- When the refund is processed, the subscription is cancelled and your access to that course ends straight away.
- If a refund is part of a course bundle, the whole bundle is refunded and cancelled together.
- We may decline a guarantee request where the guarantee is being used repeatedly to get access without paying, for example through repeated subscribe and refund cycles.
How Refunds Are Paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, which processes our payments as merchant of record. We cannot refund to a different card or account. Refunds are sent immediately, but your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show them.
Cancelling Your Subscription
- You can cancel at any time in Settings > Subscription. Some subscriptions are managed through Stripe's Link payment service; for those, Settings sends you to Link to cancel or update your payment details.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have paid for. Cancelling does not refund the current period, apart from the money-back guarantee above.
- You can resume a cancelled subscription from Settings before the period ends.
Payment Problems
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it and your access continues during the retry period. Settings shows a notice so you can update your card. If payment still cannot be taken, the subscription ends and access stops.
Your Statutory Rights
Consumers in the UK and EU normally have 14 days to cancel a contract for digital content or services. Because access starts as soon as you subscribe, at checkout you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that the statutory cancellation right ends once access begins. Our money-back guarantee still applies during that period. If anything we supply is faulty or not as described, you also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and this policy does not affect them.
